Here are two things that I love - -
Mt Shasta, and my horse, Cassanova. Cass is 'retired' now and living at an 'old horse farm.' Completely blind, he wanders his fenced pasture with his herd. He's adapted to his circumstances with the same calm and collection that he showed during the days when he taught me to ride.
Mt Shasta is the place where my soul sings and my life is renewed. Every time i walk on this sacred mountain, I receive such blessings, guidance and beauty! The last trip I took was on 8-8-08, and I was circled by bald eagles, viewed by a cougar, watched by a fox, and had a hawk swoop so close to me that I felt the air from its wings.
